Closing as superseded. Current tests/header_config.rs already asserts the quoted entrypoint form ("--repo-name", "$HU13_REPO_NAME", "--description", "$HU13_DESCRIPTION"). This branch only records the failed #23 merge plus that test update, so merging it would import stale .forge merge artifacts.
