Closing as superseded. Current `tests/header_config.rs` already asserts the quoted entrypoint form (`"--repo-name"`, `"$HU13_REPO_NAME"`, `"--description"`, `"$HU13_DESCRIPTION"`). This branch only records the failed #23 merge plus that test update, so merging it would import stale `.forge` merge artifacts.
