Context: v1 tags only when wiki/dod passes fully. This issue tracks the iterate-till-verified loop; it closes last. Tasks:

Run every dod checkbox against dogfood instance + fixture repos (clean, no-forge, broken-forge-field, large-diff, release-with-artifacts).
Each failure -> fix commit on its origin branch (or new fix branch), re-run affected checks. Never silence a check.
Record results as comments here (pass/fail per line + evidence: commands, hashes).
Tag v1 + hu13 build release notes in .forge/releases/ only after all green + #12 closed. Success rubric:
All dod lines checked with evidence linked. CI green on tag commit.
DRAFT.md deleted at spec time per repo rules (spec frozen in wiki/dod + issues); gl0w.md current. Swarm: supervisor-only + spot subagents for re-tests. No new features may attach to this issue.
