Context: v1 tags only when wiki/dod passes fully. This issue tracks the iterate-till-verified loop; it closes last.
Tasks:
- Run every dod checkbox against dogfood instance + fixture repos (clean, no-forge, broken-forge-field, large-diff, release-with-artifacts).
- Each failure -> fix commit on its origin branch (or new fix branch), re-run affected checks. Never silence a check.
- Record results as comments here (pass/fail per line + evidence: commands, hashes).
- Tag `v1` + `hu13 build` release notes in `.forge/releases/` only after all green + #12 closed.
Success rubric:
- [ ] All dod lines checked with evidence linked. CI green on tag commit.
- [ ] DRAFT.md deleted at spec time per repo rules (spec frozen in wiki/dod + issues); gl0w.md current.
