Fixed in PR #64 (32707a66-e406-4b6f-8584-5443e3395824, commit 452a631, merged c8c5314). CI 2026-10-28T11-05-21.592583783Z passed.

The README now opens directly with its intro: both ASCII-art wordmark blocks and the empty ## Clone it section are gone. The code tab no longer prints from .forge/wiki/README. Regression coverage asserts the source README has no ASCII wordmark/duplicate Clone section and the rendered tab has no source-path hint.
