Context: License text is final per owner (no lawyer). This issue enforces the deferred re-read after build+QA, before v1 tag. Tasks:

Re-read DRAFT license section + both forms + agents page + stored license_version string. Confirm identical wording everywhere, checkbox mandatory, stored fields (version+hash+timestamp) present.
Confirm gl0w.md warns maintainers on handling inbox text (no shell paste).
Either close with "wording confirmed" note or open a blocking edit PR. Success rubric:
Wording identical in 4 places (2 forms, agents page, code constant) — grep diff clean.
