Closing as superseded. Current master already has title-first commit cards and exempts the file table from card treatment via `.file-scroll`/`.table-scroll:not(.file-scroll)` (`src/build.rs`, `static/style.css`, regression `file_table_stays_table_no_card_labels`). The branch is from September and predates the later diff/responsive/table work.
