Context: Code tab carries "issues (25) · pulls (25) · tasks (0) · releases (0)" line — redundant with header nav. Owner wants it gone.
Tasks:
1. Delete the counts line from code tab (keep header counts per #29 + index header meta branch/sha/CI).
2. Pair with #29 agent (same count code): branch `m6/open-counts`, close both. Land AFTER #27/#28 (layout churn).
