## Problem

The code tab already shows the repo name as its top heading, then a `README` section heading, then the README body starts with another `# hu13` heading. That third heading just repeats the page title.

## Fix

- Drop the leading `# hu13` heading from `.forge/wiki/README`; the README now opens with its intro.
- Keep the `README` section heading and the rest of the document.
- Extend the README regression test to assert there is no leading H1.
