#41 Footer provenance line on all pages

Context: Owner QA — every page should carry provenance. Tasks:

  1. Layout footer on ALL pages: "generated from a snapshot of a repo and its f0rge" (+ branch@sha + built date? already in header meta? keep footer to the single line + maybe short sha — decide in-work, keep tiny).
  2. Muted styling, existing footer block (extend, don't duplicate).
  3. Tests: footer text assert on index + a detail page. Swarm: tiny. Branch m6/footer-line (or fold with #40 — same area, one agent, close both).
