Context: Header shows [svg mark] + "hu13" text. Owner wants the word IN the art. Tasks:

  1. Redesign static/logo.svg (+favicon.svg derivation): diamond-hub mark WITH "hu13" lettered inside/beside it as vector paths (hand-written <path>, not <text> — no font dependency). Sharp, geometric, Tokyo Night. Must read at 24px header size and 16px favicon (may need simplified favicon variant: mark only, no letters — document choice).
  2. Keep <2KB total, valid XML, no rounded corners, no font refs.
  3. Tests: svg valid, size caps, contains <path> lettering (not <text>), favicon variant exists. Swarm: taste + Owl. Branch m6/logo-text. Pairs with #28 (same header) — one agent does BOTH.
