#13 v1 verification gate (iterate till verified)
Context: v1 tags only when wiki/dod passes fully. This issue tracks the iterate-till-verified loop; it closes last. Tasks:
- Run every dod checkbox against dogfood instance + fixture repos (clean, no-forge, broken-forge-field, large-diff, release-with-artifacts).
- Each failure -> fix commit on its origin branch (or new fix branch), re-run affected checks. Never silence a check.
- Record results as comments here (pass/fail per line + evidence: commands, hashes).
- Tag
v1+hu13 buildrelease notes in.forge/releases/only after all green + #12 closed. Success rubric: - All dod lines checked with evidence linked. CI green on tag commit.
- DRAFT.md deleted at spec time per repo rules (spec frozen in wiki/dod + issues); gl0w.md current. Swarm: supervisor-only + spot subagents for re-tests. No new features may attach to this issue.

V1 GATE EVIDENCE (supervisor, 2026-09-10T05:11:14Z): fmt clean, clippy -D warnings clean, 106 tests green (debug+release), CI pass. Dogfood 101 files on this repo. Code tab: tree+README(wiki chain), raw byte-identical, hostile <script> escaped. Bundle clones, tarball extracts. Numbers match (13 issues/7 PRs). Tasks/CI/releases/wiki/feed(50)/api/agents verified.
