Context: Owner QA — collapsed clone <details> shows a blank line under the summary. Tasks:

  1. Remove the stray blank line (whitespace/margin between summary and content when collapsed — likely a <p>/margin or newline block; fix CSS, not content).
  2. Tests: summary immediately followed by content wrapper (no empty <p>, no margin-collapse gap — assert structure). Swarm: same agent as #43. Branch m6/code-bits. Close both.
