#30 Tables scroll naturally, never squash

Context: Owner: list tables are squashed — cells compressed instead of scrolling. Tasks:

  1. Tables keep natural width: width:max-content; min-width:100% inside .table-scroll (overflow-x:auto). Cells white-space:nowrap EXCEPT title cells (overflow-wrap:anywhere, min-width floor e.g. 12rem) so rows scroll horizontally instead of squashing. Apply to issues/pulls/commits/tasks/ci/releases tables — audit all.
  2. Sticky first column? NO (tiny). Row hover tint yes (var).
  3. Tests: CSS asserts (max-content, nowrap rules), fixture with 200-char title + long sha asserts title cell class + wrapper present. Swarm: pair with #31 (same templates). Branch m6/table-scroll.
