Context: Clone/download block dominates the code tab. Modern GitHub collapses it. Tasks:

  1. Wrap clone block in native <details class=clonebox><summary>Clone & download</summary>... — closed by default, zero JS, keyboard accessible, works file://.
  2. Keep all three methods + sizes inside. Summary row shows branch+sha hint.
  3. Tests: details/summary present, closed by default (no open attr), contents intact. Swarm: fold into #33 agent (same template) — branch m6/code-gitea. Close both.
