#12 DEFERRED: license text owner re-read pre-v1
Context: License text is final per owner (no lawyer). This issue enforces the deferred re-read after build+QA, before v1 tag. Tasks:
- Re-read DRAFT license section + both forms + agents page + stored
license_versionstring. Confirm identical wording everywhere, checkbox mandatory, stored fields (version+hash+timestamp) present. - Confirm gl0w.md warns maintainers on handling inbox text (no shell paste).
- Either close with "wording confirmed" note or open a blocking edit PR. Success rubric:
- Wording identical in 4 places (2 forms, agents page, code constant) — grep diff clean.
- Owner sign-off comment on this issue. v1 gate (#13) stays closed until this closes. Blocked-by: m4 inbox done + m5 QA pass. Do not start early.
